Your Role: HVAC Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Arles. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various client sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair
- Execute minor works related to contracts, offering technical suggestions and solutions
- Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently, resolving issues on-site
- Provide support in other technical areas such as electrical work, plumbing, and locksmithing
- Utilize our GMAO system for managing intervention requests, reports, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A degree in HVAC engineering or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of proven experience in the industry
- Valid certification for handling refrigerant fluids
- A valid driver's license and up-to-date electrical certifications
- Experience working with GMAO systems and office productivity tools
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional support
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to work as part of a dynamic team
