At IPAC Bachelor Factory, we're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Marketing Event Coordinator. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in creating and executing memorable events that showcase our brand and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Design and create engaging promotional materials, such as invitations, posters, and social media content.
- Assist in event execution, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Event Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and the automotive industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and innovative approach to event planning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in French and English (B2 level).
