Job Overview:

Are you ready to embark on a new journey with a proactive and dedicated banking institution?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain direct and ongoing communication with clients
  • Conduct KYC activities: ensuring customer knowledge and updating legal and financial information
  • Manage daily operations: opening client accounts and facilitating payment methods
  • Assist in client prospecting, addressing LAB alerts, and managing rejected items in collaboration with Commercial Managers
  • Meet clients in person at least once a year, either at their residences or at our offices
  • Support funding structuring, particularly for external growth initiatives
  • Prepare funding documentation, oversee funding management, and ensure implementation in partnership with various bank departments, including legal and administrative follow-up of funding (including annual reviews and renewals)
  • Analyze clients' total banking commitments
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Managers to keep them updated on:
  • Status of ongoing or completed funding operations and all matters related to client inquiries
  • Any identified or suspected issues in daily banking interactions
  • Activities related to Regulated Real Estate Professions
  • Management of flows and accounts for principals
  • Coordinate with various BPRI support teams
Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and a passion for teamwork
  • Embrace challenges and aspire to take charge of your career
  • Hold a degree of at least Bac+3 and possess relevant prior experience
  • Familiarity with the corporate sector and regulated real estate firms
  • Proactive in anticipating needs and making recommendations
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques
  • Understanding of banking and financial regulations
