Position Overview
We are expanding our Consulting Services team and are in search of a CE Solution Architect to contribute to our dynamic journey at Hitachi Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in maximizing their investments in Dynamics solutions
- Building enduring and high-quality relationships with clients through trust and confidence
- Collaborating directly with clients to comprehend their business strategies, program requirements, and processes
- Illustrating the future state solution implementation aligned with the defined program strategy in the context of Microsoft Dynamics CE365/CRM and associated technologies
- Leveraging specialized knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics/CRM product suite to enhance the solution footprint in alignment with clients' business strategies
- Conducting solution demonstrations
- Crafting innovative approaches to enhance or replace existing processes and procedures
- Designing tailored solutions
- Documenting the Program Solution Design
- Supporting Lead Consultants in reviewing functional specifications for complex client requirements, including intricate integrations or significant module modifications
- Serving as the primary design authority among Solution Architects to facilitate solution development
- Advising Client Program Directors and Project Managers while keeping them informed
- Sharing expertise with project team members and other Hitachi Solutions consultants
- Executing assigned duties in accordance with Hitachi Solutions Europe Ltd's Quality Management Policy.
Essential Competencies:
- In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE365/CRM solutions and integrations
- Experience in developing customized solutions for complex business challenges
- Proven experience as a Programme level Solution Architect
- Strong understanding of Solution and Integration Design
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- A methodical approach to problem-solving and implementing changes in operational systems
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
The role involves travel; candidates must be open to visiting client offices or other Hitachi locations across Europe as required.
