About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team at Seres Technologies. As a key member of our engineering and consulting team, you will be responsible for designing and developing network architectures using DDS for real-time critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop network architectures using DDS for real-time critical applications.
  • Provide optimized solutions for project needs.
  • Participate in strategic discussions for network architecture evolution and integration of new DDS technologies.
  • Implement and integrate DDS in complex environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams for smooth integration of DDS solutions.
  • Offer technical support and proactive maintenance for deployed DDS solutions.
  • Resolve real-time communication issues related to DDS quickly and effectively.
  • Document technical details and best practices guides for DDS usage.
  • Train and advise internal teams on advanced DDS concepts and usage.
Requirements
  • Degree in computer science, software engineering, networks, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network architecture and distributed systems, with expertise in implementing and optimizing DDS solutions.
  • Mastery of DDS standard and middleware concepts.
  • Skills in network protocols and communications (TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, etc.).
  • Programming skills in C, C++, Java, or other relevant languages.
  • Experience with DDS tools and libraries (RTI Connext, OpenDDS, etc.).
  • Soft skills: proactive, contribute to network architecture improvement and innovation using DDS.
