Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction projects ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
  • Coordinate site activities and monitor project progress.
  • Guarantee compliance with civil engineering standards and equipment installation protocols.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Inspect and validate equipment deliveries on-site.
  • Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage external contractors and ensure quality of their work.
  • Verify that subcontractors meet contractual obligations.
  • Report on site requirements and project advancements.
  • Participate in project meetings and discussions.
  • Engage in feedback sessions to share experiences.
  • Provide consistent updates and reports.

Qualifications

Educational Background and Certifications

  • BEP, CAP, Bac Pro, or equivalent relevant experience.

Professional Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in supervising construction sites.
