About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Piping Installation Team Lead to join our team at Technip Energies. As a key member of our Design of Units and Piping team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the design of piping, HVAC, and E&I installations and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structure the area in Design Areas for support by Installation Designers
  • Control and ensure medium complexity installations
  • Prepare the most complex/critical studies
  • Train employees on the applicable installation rules
  • Coordinate information for your area through the interfaces disciplines Engineering, Process, Project, etc...
  • Manage the 3D reviews of the area and prepare the study transfer files
  • Plan the activities of the Designers on a weekly basis and transmit the progress to its operational manager
  • Propose method improvements
