We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at ZAPA (Groupe Brand Sisters). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a personalized shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in finding the perfect products and providing expert advice on our collections.
- Contribute to the development of sales and achieve business objectives through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Ensure the quality of the store environment and participate in the management of the back-office, including inventory management, restocking, and stock control.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and a keen sense of style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
