We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator for our operations.

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the dependability of our manufactured products while overseeing quality levels throughout the production process and implementing necessary improvement measures. This position involves coordinating both technical and administrative tasks to ensure the desired product quality is achieved.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the maintenance of quality objectives and standards within your designated area.
  • Developing quality assessments using tools such as SAP and Excel.
  • Engaging in control loops associated with product lines.
  • Regularly participating in quality reviews and preliminary assessments.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with various departments (TQM, engineering, etc.).
  • Analyzing and monitoring quality indicators.
  • Participating in FMEA analyses.
  • Managing measuring instruments, including database management and organizing annual calibration campaigns.
  • Providing backup for repair management during the absence of the primary holder.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental protection and occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting the procurement department in qualifying and monitoring suppliers.
  • Coordinating the handling of quality notifications for production teams.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a foundational technical education complemented by knowledge in quality management or a related field.

Strong communication skills, sociability, logical and analytical thinking, precision, creativity, and practical abilities are essential.

The ideal candidate will be autonomous, goal-oriented, a team player, and adaptable.

A minimum of several years of experience in a technical capacity or equivalent knowledge is required.

Proficiency in written and spoken French, English, and professional German is mandatory.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP or similar) is expected.
