Job Title: Business Intelligence and Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Data Engineer to join our team at Dickson. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing data integration processes between our systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data integration processes to ensure smooth data flow and availability for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes for data extraction to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI and Excel Dashboards.
  • Work closely with the finance team and other departments to understand their data needs and propose tailored visualization solutions.
  • Establish dynamic reports summarizing financial and commercial indicators to enable real-time monitoring of company performance.

Requirements:

  • 5-year degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role combining data integration and BI development assignments within a finance department or with an enterprise software solutions provider.
  • Expertise in systems integration, ETL processes, and relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel Dashboards).
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake) is a plus.
