Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Manager to join our team at Wearehuman8. As a key member of our research and insights team, you will be responsible for leading complex research projects, designing and implementing activities, and providing expert analysis and recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end research projects, from design to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Design and implement research activities, including surveys, focus groups, and other methodologies.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations to clients, using advanced methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research-based solutions.
- Manage and mentor junior researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social studies, or business.
- 5+ years of experience in research and insights, with a focus on quantitative analysis and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in SPSS and other research software, with the ability to design and implement research activities.
