Join Our Team as a Marketing Product Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing Product Manager to join our team at Sephora, a leading beauty retailer within the LVMH family. As a Marketing Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our product ranges, analyzing market developments and consumer trends, and building and implementing launch and activation strategies.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. As a Marketing Product Manager, you will be the conductor of the entire value chain, ensuring that our internal partners work harmoniously to deliver our product strategy. You will have a deep understanding of the beauty sector and be able to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform your product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the growth and profitability of the ranges for which you are responsible.
  • Analyze market developments and consumer trends to inform product decisions.
  • Build and implement launch and activation strategies for new products.
  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure seamless delivery of product strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A business school, engineering school, or Master's degree in Marketing.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in product development and a deep understanding of the beauty sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and a taste for figures.
  • Fluency in English is imperative for this position.
