Our organization is in search of a Multi-Technical Team Leader to enhance our operational team. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, your primary responsibility will be to supervise the maintenance and construction activities on-site.

Your key role will encompass the upkeep, renovation, and organization of the Exposition Park while ensuring adherence to safety regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Offering technical guidance to technicians on intricate issues
  • Overseeing technicians and subcontractors in their maintenance tasks, both preventive and corrective
  • Supporting the Site Manager in operational oversight and technical management
  • Scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance operations informed by maintenance management system insights
  • Investigating significant breakdown causes and suggesting enhancement strategies
  • Monitoring technicians to guarantee the completion of equipment inspections and service requests
  • Securing price estimates from group suppliers for non-standard services
  • Engaging in pre-event discussions and preparations

Candidate Profile:

Applicants should possess a higher education qualification in construction and a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in managing multi-technical teams within commercial properties. A robust technical understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Refrigeration systems is essential.
