Job Title: General Accountant (F/H)

VINCI Immobilier Résidences Gérées, a leading player in the Residences Services market, is a subsidiary of VINCI Immobilier. The operation unit develops, manages, and commercializes residences tailored to every stage of life through three managing brands: OVELIA for seniors, STUDENT FACTORY for students, and BIKUBE for coliving. Providing secure, comfortable, and friendly living spaces across France.

Location: Lyon

Responsibilities:

  • Quarterly financial statement preparation
  • Asset management and optimization
  • Supplier invoice management and reconciliation
  • Bank account reconciliation and support
  • Collaboration in supplier payment campaigns and cash flow management
  • Intercompany flow controls and financial reporting

Requirements:

Minimum of Bac+2 in accounting, significant experience in a similar position within a Group. Must be meticulous, dynamic, and possess strong teamwork skills.

  • Contract Type: Permanent - 35h/week
  • Salary: K€ (including bonuses)
  • 2 days of remote work per week
