Afpa Center in Istres seeks a dedicated Apprentice Training Manager to support our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality training programs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be actively involved in the core operations of our center, working closely with the Training Manager and Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize comprehensive training activities.
• Provide administrative support for training sessions, including opening and closing procedures, follow-up tasks, and quality control measures.
• Develop and prepare exams and technical training sessions.
• Assist in the implementation of strategic action plans to enhance training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous professional experience is beneficial but not essential.
