Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Create and deploy internal communication plans and initiatives that engage employees and drive organizational success.
  3. Design and manage engaging content and consistent messages for various internal communication channels.
  4. Develop and lead internal communication systems, tools, and processes to ensure smooth information flow and message consistency.
  5. Manage internal networks and communities to promote information sharing and best practices.
  6. Collaborate with the Corporate Communication Director, HR team, and Senior Business Performance Manager to develop a strong employer brand and employee experience.
  7. Establish mechanisms to gather employee feedback and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in internal communications or related roles, preferably in a mid-cap company or similar environment.
  3. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a matrix operating and international environment.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content for various audiences.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal company leaders and teams.
