We are seeking a visionary UX & Design Manager to spearhead our team's journey into the realm of unparalleled user experience.

This includes working with stakeholders to understand their vision and goals, researching user needs and behaviors related to the product, designing user interfaces (UIs) to meet those needs, and testing the usability of the interface designs.

The UX Design & Usability Lead works within a team environment to develop these designs and usability tests in order to deliver a positive experience for users.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UX/UI design process from research and concept development to final implementation and testing.
  • Conduct usability testing throughout development cycles to identify and address potential design issues and ensure products meet end-user requirements.
  • Perform user research and testing to validate design concepts and measure their success.
