We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Teads. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for the set-up, optimization, and performance of advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of client initiatives, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing performance data to highlight key trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Activation and Delivery

  • Oversee the post-sale process, including campaign set-up, pacing, and delivery, as well as post-campaign analysis.
  • Lead the preparation for campaign activation through clear and concise communication efforts with clients.
  • Analyze performance data to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication post-sale.
  • Plan and execute incremental revenue prospecting plans.
  • Assist in the onboarding of customers to our self-service buying platform.
  • Contribute to the development of internal staff through knowledge sharing exercises.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year to three years of relevant work experience in digital media, preferably at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital media industry trends and a passion for understanding how they impact day-to-day work.
  • A proven track record of exceptional time management and ability to maintain high standards of quality at work.
  • Experience meeting or surpassing ambitious goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex systems and processes.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach to work.
