Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assemble mechanical and electrical components from technical documentation.
  • Ensure high-quality assembly and wiring.
  • Perform adjustments and assembly of mechanical systems and electrical wiring.
  • Conduct dielectric tests.
  • Guarantee performance while respecting Lean Manufacturing rules and regulations.
  • Identify defects, dysfunctions, and make necessary modifications and adjustments, reporting non-conformities to the relevant service and declaring them in the ERP system.
  • Provide high-quality professional services.
  • Be the technical reference for Lean BT areas.
  • Report issues to AIC.
  • Propose improvements to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Quality product guarantee.
  • 5S guarantee.
  • TRS guarantee.

Essential Skills:

  • Perform electrical connections.
  • Study assembly diagrams and assemble supports.
  • Identify and replace faulty elements.
  • Install cards and/or electrical components and connect them.
  • Report activity to relevant services or individuals.
