**Job Title:** Payroll Manager
We are seeking a skilled payroll manager to join our team at WINSEARCH LILLE AEC. As a payroll manager, you will be responsible for various financial and administrative tasks, handling a portfolio of multi-contract files. You will work closely with a supportive team leader on tasks such as:
- Processing and verifying pay slips
- Creating employment contracts and end-of-contract documents
- Managing DSN
- Handling various employee-related procedures (such as sickness leave, paid leave, contract terminations, etc.)
- Providing financial support to clients and staying updated on regulatory matters
- Using the SILAE software
The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or human resources, equivalent to a minimum of BAC+2, and at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a financial services firm. Organized and detail-oriented, you will be able to manage your schedule independently. With excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach, you will build strong relationships based on trust.
