Your Role: Business Process Optimization Specialist (Declarations)
Reporting to the team manager 'Process and Change Management,' within the 'Business Sector Enterprises' unit, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes, enhancing productivity, and simplifying management methods. Your contributions will directly impact our strategic objective of delivering exceptional customer service while achieving cost reduction targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the performance of business processes within the Declaration Management (DSN) domain.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer service and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with upstream and downstream processes.
- Facilitate working groups to identify process improvements involving clients, retirement institutions, and partners, focusing on simplicity for clients, streamlined management, and operating methods that align with federal retirement scheme objectives.
- Conduct in-depth studies (opportunity assessments, ROI analyses) to evaluate potential process enhancements.
- Design and propose developments for business processes within the assigned domain.
- Recommend changes to performance monitoring indicators for business processes.
- Manage or oversee adaptations to the process and operating mode reference document.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams across the Federation (MOA, adjacent functional areas, change management, communication, regulation and legal, etc.), as well as with Agirc-Arrco Supplementary Retirement Institutions (Social Protection Groups) through workshops, committees, and documentation.
- Organize, prepare, and lead sessions/workshops related to your area of expertise.
