We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriter Facultative Reinsurance Liability to join our team at Hannover Rückversicherung AG. As a key member of our Liability & Property Fac team, you will play a crucial role in analysing and underwriting facultative risks in liability insurance, including closing reinsurance contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse liability insurance and reinsurance for the French market
- Review and underwrite facultative risks in liability insurance, including closing reinsurance contracts
- Expand contacts with existing customers, maintain and develop the portfolio
- Co-create innovative reinsurance concepts
- Provide customer communication and support, as well as contract management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Successfully completed business-related degree (e.g. insurance, economics, business administration) or comparable qualification
- Successful experience in underwriting
- Proficient user skills in English combined with a flair for communication
- International mindset, talent for negotiation, networking skills, and enthusiasm for cementing our market position among top reinsurers
