Your Role: Electrical Network Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Network Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Tarbes. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of skilled professionals, ensuring the successful execution of outdoor electrical network projects.

  • Leadership & Management: Effectively lead and supervise your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Project Execution: Manage human and material resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion within budget constraints.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and regulations, ensuring the well-being of your team and the public.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Provide accurate and comprehensive project data for documentation and reporting purposes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a CAP Electrician, Bac pro MELEC, or Mention Complémentaire Techniciens en réseaux électriques qualification.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in outdoor electrical networks.
  • Demonstrate expertise in TST BT AER and EP training, B2T - BT - BC + BT connection authorization.
  • Hold a valid driver's license; PL license is an asset.
  • Maintain up-to-date CACES 1B certification.
