Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating project specifications and tender documents to ensure accurate cost estimation and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications and tender documentation.
  • Prepare detailed measurements for metal constructions, roofing, cladding, and carpentry projects.
  • Engage in research and maintain communication with suppliers to gather necessary information.
  • Develop comprehensive price quotations and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, technical standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively in the technical planning process.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in construction or a related field with a specialization in metal carpentry.
  • Proven experience in the metal carpentry or construction sector.
  • Strong proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
