Maintenance Technician Role

  • Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to established programs.
  • Collaborate with the department head to adjust preventive maintenance schedules as needed.
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and execute necessary repairs.
  • Address straightforward technical issues independently and seek assistance when required.
  • Propose improvements to superiors and implement approved solutions.
  • Supervise both internal team members and external contractors during maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bac +2 in Industrial Maintenance or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly resolve technical problems.
  • Enthusiasm for proposing enhancements and managing technical projects.
