Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in all stages necessary for the definition, design, execution, and integration of AI initiatives and software solutions
  • Guarantee the seamless integration and operation of new software (including test specifications, functional assessments, and user evaluations)
  • Develop documentation and operational guidelines for software utilization
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication across all business units

Core Focus Areas:

  • Improving the organization's capacity to predict events (such as forecasting credit trends, predicting early repayments, and anticipating default losses)
  • Financial efficiency (including pricing strategies and capital distribution)
  • Default risk modeling, in collaboration with risk assessment teams
  • Optimization of process management (identifying business opportunities, detecting database anomalies, and supporting fraud detection efforts)

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a BAC+5 qualification (engineering degree or master's in applied mathematics, data science, or computer science)
  • Familiarity with AI methodologies and techniques
  • Interest in digital transformation, particularly in the realm of Artificial Intelligence
  • Solid understanding of the financial services landscape
  • Self-sufficient, educational, and capable of fostering unity
  • Organized, innovative, and proactive
