Mission Overview
- Under the guidance of the Deputy General Manager of Resources, assess the adherence of organizational operations to internal policies, legal requirements, and prevailing standards.
- Conduct internal audit functions that are closely integrated with Quality Assurance and Internal Control initiatives.
- Establish, monitor, and refresh risk assessment frameworks.
- Recommend an annual audit strategy to the Deputy General Manager of Resources based on the risk assessment and frequent incidents.
- Assist departments in enhancing risk management practices and formulating associated procedures.
- Execute audits in accordance with the sanctioned annual strategy.
- Prepare audit documentation featuring evaluations, suggestions for operational enhancements, and propose corrective measures as necessary.
- Facilitate and promote awareness among departments regarding best practices and a culture of risk management.
Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical abilities to assess risks within the work environment.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, self-sufficient, with knowledge of data protection regulations and confidentiality standards (GDPR).
- Possess a Bachelor's degree with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional background of at least 5 years.
