CNDT is seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team, specializing in non-destructive testing (NDT) applications using robotic arms.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing innovative NDT solutions that enhance safety and efficiency within the nuclear industry. Your expertise in robotics, automation, and programming will be instrumental in shaping the future of our operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize robotic arm parameters for precise NDT procedures.
- Analyze movement constraints and limitations to ensure seamless integration with specific testing scenarios.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to achieve shared objectives.
- Design and implement comprehensive NDT testing procedures, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct rigorous validation tests to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of developed NDT sequences.
- Continuously refine and optimize processes, striving for industrialization and scalability of robotic NDT solutions.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong foundation in mechatronics, robotics, robotic arms, and special machinery design.
- Proficiency in robotic programming languages and adherence to established programming conventions.
- Comprehensive understanding of communication protocols relevant to robotic systems.
- Expertise in robotic trajectory modeling and simulation within a 3D environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams, fostering collaboration and open communication.
