About the Role
The Front Desk Representative at Pullman Paris Montparnasse is responsible for providing exceptional guest service to VIP clients during their stay. This includes greeting and checking in guests, handling room assignments, and ensuring that all their needs are met in a courteous and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Be fully aware of daily arrivals and departures
- Welcoming guests with a smile and ensuring a seamless check-in process
- Processing guest arrivals and departures in accordance with hotel procedures and credit policies
- Responding to guest requests and ensuring they feel taken care of
- Utilizing creativity to propose new ideas for improving guest experience, increasing sales, and enhancing customer loyalty
- Handling guest billing, payment processing, and credit control
- Providing exceptional service to guests, including handling phone calls, correspondence, and messages
- Staying up-to-date on hotel promotions and programs, including ALL by Accor
- Preparing daily reports and highlighting any discrepancies to management
Requirements
- Hotel management diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Fluency in French and excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Mandarin, Spanish, etc.)
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PMS systems
- Leadership skills, including positive orientation, customer passion, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving
