Job Responsibilities
• Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs for various systems, including HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment throughout the property.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager and Team Leader to identify potential improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Technical Manager and Team Leader regarding any service disruptions in any form.
• Report tasks accurately and punctually, maintaining a clean and complete uniform at all times.
• Uphold high standards of appearance and personal hygiene consistently.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Hotel Management.
Qualifications
• Possess a diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant certification or a minimum of one year of experience in the specialized field.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English.
• Strong communication skills and customer interaction abilities.
• Detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
