RC Marine is seeking a skilled Marine Mechanic to contribute to our dedicated workshop team. Reporting directly to the After-Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various boats.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Accurately identify the root cause of mechanical issues with engines and equipment, implementing effective solutions to rectify malfunctions.
- Routine Maintenance and Diagnostics: Conduct scheduled maintenance procedures, perform comprehensive technical diagnostics, manage installations, repowering projects, and transmission services.
- Team Collaboration: Provide valuable support to our team of nautical preparers, ensuring seamless workflow and project completion.
- Safety First: Adhere strictly to established safety protocols, prioritizing a secure working environment for yourself and others.
- Customer Focus: Deliver personalized assistance and ongoing support to boat owners throughout their projects, fostering strong relationships built on trust and expertise.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Experience in rigging would be highly advantageous.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various tools and equipment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A solid foundation in mechanical engine training.
