About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Team Manager to join our team at Groupe Restoleil. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the cost of materials and oversee administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, as well as our quality charter and budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate the activities of the team and maintain high standards of service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Professional BAC in the hotel and catering industry or BTS in hotel and catering.
What We Offer
- Seasonal fixed-term contract with a competitive net monthly salary.
- 42H55 working hours per week.
- Food and lodging provided.
