The OMS ELA Steam Generator platform is at the forefront of delivering services to clients within the ELA region. Our commitments to Safety, Quality, Performance, and Growth/Profitability are paramount, both for our clients and internally. To meet these expectations, we define and implement initiatives in alignment with Westinghouse's established processes.

The SG products group is steering the strategic roadmap to fulfill these objectives within the ELA region. Within this group, the Program Coordinator is responsible for managing projects in accordance with Westinghouse standards to meet project KPIs, promote continuous improvement, foster growth, stimulate innovation, and provide technical guidance to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, manage, and ensure the execution of projects in compliance with Westinghouse's project management protocols, identifying, mitigating, and managing risks and opportunities.
  • Lead contract management efforts, including compliance, claims, and change management.
  • Facilitate monthly project reviews and collaboratively define schedules, resource plans, financial estimates, and risk registers with the Lead Engineer.
  • Update schedules, resource demands, and risk registers as necessary, and maintain financial data in the enterprise database.
  • Authorize project-related time and expenses and compile project lessons learned.
  • Provide technical expertise to assist in problem resolution and support site execution.
  • Encourage the generation of ideas for continuous improvement, growth, and innovation.
  • Participate in the execution of First of a Kind (FOAK) projects.
  • During the training phase, engage in on-site services to grasp the challenges associated with Steam Generator maintenance activities.
  • Travel occasionally as dictated by project requirements.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong interest in Project Management and Technical fields.
