Overview
Emirates Airline is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our cabin crew team. As a cabin crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew by following established procedures and protocols.
- Assist passengers with their needs, such as providing food and beverage service, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient flight operation.
- Participate in pre-flight and post-flight duties, including preparing the cabin for departure and cleaning the cabin after arrival.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Fluency in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an advantage)
- Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes and minimum height of 160 cm
