Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial control and will be capable of:

  • Executing effective financial oversight on a pivotal business segment, including regular analysis and forecasting.
  • Establishing themselves as a trusted financial partner for key stakeholders, particularly within Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing business control for a vital Consumer Goods category in France.
  • Providing support to key stakeholders regarding financial insights and strategic decision-making.
  • Consistently pursuing process enhancements and excellence in reporting.

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry or within CAC40 organizations.
  • A strong passion for business coupled with a keen interest in financial matters.
  • The ability to manage product/category P&L with independence and precision, demonstrating pragmatism when necessary.
  • Proficiency in SAP and relevant financial systems.
  • Experience in direct and/or indirect management of personnel, with strong influencing capabilities.
  • A collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both English and French.
