Eiffage Route plays a crucial role in enhancing the French infrastructure, from local roads to highway systems, whether it involves design, construction, or maintenance. As an expert in urban development, Eiffage Route also engages in the execution of port, airport, industrial, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Implementation:
• Marking the ground for the installation, removal, maintenance, and relocation of signaling and safety devices.
• Transporting necessary materials for construction: selecting appropriate tools and materials, ensuring their functionality.
• Setting up temporary signage to secure the worksite. - Earthworks:
• Probing and identifying existing networks.
• Preparing work tracks and the trench base for pipe installation.
• Demolishing specific points using manual or small mechanical tools. - Construction and Pipeline Laying:
• Barding and pre-bending pipes (out of water).
• Welding pipes and sealing joints.
• Excavating and connecting pipe sections.
• Locating and diagnosing pipeline failures.
• Testing and cleaning constructed pipelines.
• Installing prefabricated elements related to the construction. - Slinging and Handling:
• Safely slinging and handling loads. - Embankment and Rehabilitation:
• Adhering to customer specifications.
• Resetting and ensuring proper material thickness and compaction. - Equipment Usage:
• Operating small construction equipment and machinery.
• Performing routine maintenance on small machinery. - Site Withdrawal:
• Storing site equipment properly.
• Cleaning the work area after completion.
Job Requirements:
No specific training is required. Optional authorizations may include AIPR, H0 B0, ATEX, OPPBTP. Compulsory authorizations include SMS (Minimum Safety Knowledge) and knowledge of chemical risks. Optional training includes CACES.
Position Environment:
Hierarchical or functional attachment to a team leader. Internal relations with other execution workers and team leaders, as well as external relations with providers and subcontractors.
Your Profile:
Passionate about Public Works, you are eager to specialize in this field through an apprenticeship in the CAP Constructor of Public Works Pipeline Networks / Canalization.
You possess a strong affinity for fieldwork, great attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
