Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop project schedules, identify critical paths, and assess potential risks.
  • Support the Offers Manager in presenting and justifying proposed schedules to clients, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and project scope.
  • Analyze customer contracts and project schedules, meticulously defining the operational reference schedule in close coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to the established reference schedule by coordinating activities and monitoring progress against deadlines.
  • Track the progress of each activity, identifying deviations from the plan and proposing corrective, preventive, or optimization strategies to Project Managers.
  • Lead action plans and project meetings, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) for project milestones, enabling informed decision-making and progress reporting.
  • Develop and refine standard schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project planning methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in an international company environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in project planning techniques (PERT, Gantt chart) and Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to be rigorous, organized, and results-oriented.
