As an integral part of the administrative team at Advance Emploi de Grasse, you will support the accounting manager in their daily tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Entering invoices into the system
- Verifying invoices
- Entering bank fees
- Entering expense reports
- Administrative tasks (correspondence, emails, filing)
With a background in accounting, you will have a solid understanding of financial principles and a minimum of one year of experience in accounting. You will be proficient in computer software and have a strong working knowledge of Excel.
You will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and versatile individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
This is a temporary position with the possibility of being converted to a permanent contract. You will be expected to start as soon as possible.
The salary will be determined based on your profile and experience.
You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
