Mission LHH Recruitment Solutions, a consultancy specializing in recruitment, interim management, and expert evaluation, is seeking a Proximity Manager for our client.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Performance Management: Oversee the daily operations within your scope.
- Work Organization: Plan and allocate tasks among team members, considering scheduling, priorities, and workload capacity.
- Training Development: Contribute to the creation of training plans.
- Team Cohesion: Ensure team unity and a positive work environment.
- Action Plan Implementation: Utilize technical skills and collaborate with support functions (maintenance, methods, specialized roles) to execute action plans.
- Information Management: Collect and formalize data for the SQCDPI of the line.
- Maintenance Oversight: Ensure first-level maintenance is performed and production resources are utilized correctly. Participate in preventive maintenance planning.
- Capacity Management: Engage in managing workload and scheduling adequacy.
A minimum of a BAC +2 and experience in production management are required. Candidates should have a background in workshop management within the production sector, as well as experience in fabrication, assembly, and repair.
