Albéa is a world leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical, and food packaging. Our global headquarters is located in Gennevilliers.

Scope

The Business Analyst will provide valuable insights and reports to the business. This role is part of the revenue management team and will work closely with financial departments. We are seeking a results-driven individual who shares our passion for sustainability and wants to make a positive impact in the world of packaging.

You will interpret results, identify trends, highlight issues, and work in partnership with the business to plan appropriate actions. The scope of this role is the worldwide footprint of cosmetic and fragrance (Europe, Asia, North America).

Main Activities

1. Data Analysis and Validation

• Dive into business data to uncover insights that drive sustainable business decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data analysis with our commitment.

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, maintaining a focus on sustainable and eco-friendly practices.

• Implement and uphold high standards for data quality.

2. Develops Dashboards and Analysis to Monitor Business Performance and Sales Achievements

3. Be in Charge of Price Evolution: Cost Drivers Analysis, Quarterly Updates, Price Impacts

• Lead revenue management actions, margin analysis

• Be the Analyst Business Partner of Sales Teams, and also Marketing, Operations (plants directly)

4. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for sustainable process improvements and operational excellence.

• Propose and implement solutions that align with Albea Packaging's sustainability goals.

Profile (Experience & Qualifications)

• Bachelor or Msc in Business Administration/ Finance

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sustainability mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.

• Advanced Excel skills is mandatory (experience with SAP is an asset)

• Translates analysis and numbers into actions and right steering

• Shows initiative, social, and good relationship builder with the business

• Travel in France and abroad

• Fluent in English
