Objetif du poste

Nous recherchons un Sales Area Technician pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente et de marketing. Ce poste est responsable de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie technique pour les Sales Areas, en collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale.

Responsabilités
  • Préparer, coordonner et installer les maquettes et les cadres de test sur le lieu de l'essai.
  • Superviser les tests et la certification de nouveaux produits, applications et projets.
  • Planifier, préparer et reprendre de manière autonome les projets.
  • Réaliser des essais dans des instituts nationaux et internationaux.
  • Communiquer avec les clients, les partenaires systèmes, les instituts (laboratoires d'essais) et les autorités (organismes certifiés, autorités locales de construction).
  • Elaborer des plans d'essais, des dessins techniques et des documentations techniques (AutoCad).
  • Assistance technique des grands projets.
  • Collaborer activement avec les techniciens (internes/externes), les collègues et les clients.
  • Participer à la prescription technique ainsi que nos offres techniques en rencontrant les clients.
  • Former sur site les fournisseurs de systèmes et parties prenantes clés (architectes, clients...).
  • Mettre à jour les outils internes.
  • Participer, dans le cadre de lancement de nouveaux produits.
  • Rédiger, mettre à jour la documentation spécifique applicable.
  • Gérer les réclamations.
Compétences requises
  • Être personnellement responsable de la sécurité, de la santé et de l'environnement dans le cadre de son travail et selon ses connaissances et son expérience.
  • Participer activement aux formations internes sur la sécurité au travail.
  • Exercer son droit de parole (par exemple, achats d'équipements de protection individuelle EPI, propositions d'amélioration).
Qualifications
  • Posséder un diplôme d'Ingénieur ou équivalent (construction ou métal de préférence).
  • Être une personne rigoureuse, méthodique avec une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Être curieux, tenace et avoir toujours envie d'apprendre, de comprendre, de débloquer des situations, ne pas craindre de tester, de résoudre des problématiques, de relever un challenge.
  • Compétences commerciales et de négociation sont également importantes.
Conditions d'emploi
  • Des déplacements seront à prévoir (internationaux et nationaux).
  • Anglais courant obligatoire (Espagnol et ou Italien serait un +).
