We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong focus on quality and responsibility for this position in France.
Your mission will be to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of Identity & Access Management services in France, while focusing on both business continuity and end-user satisfaction.
This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of Identity & Access Management services in France.
- Coordinate internal and external teams/vendors and activities, in accordance with established contracts.
- Contribute to the definition of new products and services with project teams.
- Ensure and communicate the availability of structured, detailed, and up-to-date documentation for users, services, and processes.
- Manage and report on your domain's operating budget.
- Perform ITIL-based processes, including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
- Analyze service KPIs and user feedback to propose and implement improvement actions, and increase customer satisfaction.
Business trips are expected in France or Europe, and you must be willing to travel accordingly.
Required skills and experience:
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in operational activities and IT service management.
- Experience in IT infrastructure and Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Service and customer experience-oriented.
- Negotiation level in French and English.
- International mindset to work effectively in a diverse and international team environment.
This role requires an awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
