Job Overview
As a Junior CSR/ESG Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our company's sustainability efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing CSR data, monitoring our performance against sustainability targets, and supporting the preparation of CSR/ESG reports.
Main Responsibilities
• Collect and treat CSR data from Albéa's operations and suppliers.
• Monitor and assess our company's performance against CSR targets.
• Support in the preparation and analysis of CSR/ESG reports.
• Guide production plants in their EcoVadis assessments and assist in corporate EcoVadis answering and CDP submission.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in CSR/ESG.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on climate and environmental initiatives.
Accountability and KPIs
Deliver CSR data and KPIs on time.
Ensure a systematic approach to CSR reporting.
Perform CSR scoring performance (EcoVadis score, CDP result).
Align CSR reporting with CSRD regulation.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, chemical, or environmental sciences.
• Strong passion for sustainability and CSR regulations.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
