Become an integral part of a renowned healthcare facility by taking on the role of Chef de Partie at Medirest. This position entails the responsibility of delivering exceptional culinary creations, streamlining production processes, and upholding stringent food safety standards.

Employment Type: Full-time permanent role

Work Schedule: 35 hours per week with alternating weekends

Compensation: €2100 monthly before deductions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality hot meals
  • Organize kitchen operations to align with service demands
  • Assist in managing food inventory and storage
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to Food Safety Regulations

Qualifications:

Possession of a valid Hospitality and Culinary certification

Demonstrated experience in the culinary sector

Background in institutional catering is advantageous

Collaborative team player with a strong enthusiasm for culinary arts and customer service
