Léopold Bellan Foundation is a major player in the non-profit healthcare, social, and medico-social sector in France. We accompany the daily lives of several thousand people in vulnerable situations, with the constant will to make each person an actor in their life journey. We are seeking a Moniteur Éducateur (H/F) for our site in Magnanville (78), which includes a 324-bed EHPAD, a 180-place SSIAD, a 30-place CRT, a 35-place HAD, a 39-place ESAT, and a healthcare center.

In the context of creating a PHV unit, the Léopold Bellan Gerontological Clinical Center is looking for a Moniteur Éducateur (H/F).

• Develop and implement a socio-educational project for people with disabilities or difficulties, to develop their socialization, autonomy, integration, and insertion capacities.

• Coordinate socio-educational actions with the PHV team.

• Create a serene and calm atmosphere conducive to community living.

• Design and animate workshops tailored to the personalized projects of elderly people with disabilities, developed within the multidisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals.

The Moniteur Éducateur is the socio-educational referent for the elderly person with a disability and their family.

Diploma in Educational Monitoring with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Ability to adapt to critical or particular situations within their field of expertise.

Conducting meetings.

Reactivity.

Organizing and animating specific activities within their field of expertise for patients, staff, or groups.

Stimulating affective, intellectual, psychomotor, and social capacities in individuals.

Transmitting knowledge and professional practices in a pedagogical manner.
