Maintenance Technician

KP1 is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. This includes diagnosing equipment failures, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and preparing detailed reports after each intervention.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of technical intervention reports to identify root causes of malfunctions.
- Propose innovative solutions and improvements to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and safety.
- Execute all scheduled preventive maintenance operations diligently.
- Collaborate effectively with external suppliers and service providers to ensure timely procurement of necessary parts and services.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects within your area of expertise.
- Perform daily quality checks according to established schedules and procedures.
- Provide comprehensive training to staff members on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and work instructions related to equipment usage.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background in Electromechanics or Electrotechnics. You should possess several years of proven experience in a similar role within an industrial setting. Your success will be driven by your versatility, teamwork skills, and commitment to excellence.
