Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global innovation vision boards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and expert teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Manage brand equity through effective deployment and localization of global toolkits.
- Lead the development of annual market activation planning, including above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives.
- Drive superior execution of programs and plans, including media, creative development, and digital initiatives.
- Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of brand marketing or commercial management experience.
- Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications leading to brand share growth.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Experience in FMCG, pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields.
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite and panel tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar.
