Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Thermosetting Methods Technician (M/F) to contribute to our operations at Daher. This role is integral to our production unit focused on thermosetting materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update technical documentation (processes, guidelines) using SAP and PLM systems;
• Analyze and enhance manufacturing timelines;
• Offer technical assistance to production teams and partners, addressing technical challenges with innovative solutions and ensuring quality standards;
• Execute configurations as required;
• Communicate essential technical information for tool manufacturing (costs, timelines, etc.) to the design team or subcontractors;
• Engage in value analysis and product/process FMEA, recommending improvements in processes or tooling (including production time calculations and monitoring of new technologies and methodologies);
• Oversee technical coordination of On-Site Workshops (OSWs) at client locations;
• Address and manage QSE alerts reported by personnel;
• Support the advancement of QSE maturity within the sector.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong technical acumen and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
