GEOVIA Learning Experience Specialist

As a GEOVIA Learning Experience Specialist at Dassault Systèmes, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining engaging eLearning materials to support the adoption and deployment of GEOVIA solutions and products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create self-paced learning materials that effectively challenge and engage a wide audience, including employees and business partners.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to develop and review online learning materials, ensuring technical accuracy and effective knowledge sharing.
- Utilize multimedia elements, interactive exercises, and assessments to enhance online learning experiences and keep them updated with the latest product enhancements.
- Occasionally deliver presentations and webinars related to GEOVIA sales enablement initiatives to partner channels and other employees.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with solid presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team.
- Proficient project management skills, including task planning, multitasking, and timely delivery of results.
- Experience in designing online learning experiences and working with LMS is a plus.
- Initially a 6-month contract position with potential for conversion to a permanent role.
- Engage in exciting Learning and Development initiatives.
- Opportunity to collaborate with a multinational and multidisciplinary team.
