About the Role

As a Group Business Analyst, you will be involved in the definition and execution of Devoteam's Strategic Plan for the next 4 years.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Devoteam's general management in internal governance planning related to the Group's Strategic Plan
  • Conducting market research and benchmarking exercises to identify opportunities for new offers to be launched
  • Gathering and modeling data to provide solutions to key business decisions (identifying new growth opportunities, building new partnerships)
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) in all countries to ensure alignment over existing and new business development initiatives
  • Animating workshops and brainstorming sessions to stimulate general management reflection on new strategic initiatives

You will be in contact with Business Unit directors located in 20 countries on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • MSc in Engineering, IT, Business, Economics, or Statistics
  • Solid understanding of IT and the IT Market
  • Good business acumen and experience serving multiple stakeholders
  • Quantitative and modeling skills, data analysis, and forecasting
  • Experience in change management and excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory. A third language is a plus
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office or G Suite
